Default Tenzo r lowering springs - any good?

Ok, so ive looked all over the forum for threads with this info included already... and i couldnt find anything...

i have a 92 accord lx sedan and i dont have a ton of money, but they tenzo r springs are right in my price range. i'll eventually do all the strut tower braces and whatnot, but i was curious if anyone has had any experience with these.

i can get them off of andysauto.com for like 130 or something. i had b&g lowering springs on my last car and those were awesome, but i cant afford those now.

any help would be .. uh .. helpful!!

thanks!

Wait until you can afford good springs and good struts.

You won't regret it. Cheap stuff that is an essential and major component to your vehicle will cause more headaches down the road.

I THINK what he was getting as was do the struts at the same time as the springs?? As for that brand I'v never used them I'v all ways used coilovers on my hondas. I cheeped out on my last set of coilovers and they are a good coilovers for what they are. I like ground controls and I went with the Megan racing cus I was in a bad time with money and my stock set up had to go. $120 shipped to my door vs. $300 something.

I meant save up until you can buy both good springs and good struts.

I like Megan Racing products, but for suspension, and knowing many people who go through ordeals w/ cheap products, I got Ground Controls and Tokico Illumina struts. The struts alone were/are over $500 and are only second to Koni Yellows. I would have gotten Koni Yellows, but the GC I bought werent designed for the Yellows perch.

Also, stay away from used struts. Stupidly I bought the GC's with used KYB AGX, from a SCAMMER (Kevin Murose) who RUNS the site Gen5Alive. He said they had less than 3,000 miles on them. After the headache and 14 hours of installing them, I didnt even put 8 miles on the car before 2 struts blew. Note that I was driving about 4mph to a gas stations b/c my camber was BEYOND BAD.
