how do i know if they are full kits or sleeves?

It's a threaded sleeve... it allows you to use your existing shocks etc... it allows the adjustability of a threaded shock/coilover kit without replacing your shocks/struts (that's not verbatim but something close to what it says...)

which one(s) is/are threaded?

ALL coilovers are threaded, it consists of the lower threaded sleeve, and a shorty spring. That whole assymbly replaces your old spring. If you have stock shocks those will need to be upgraded if you plan on lower your car, you will blow them out otherwise.
