Want to upgrade the suspension on the LX
I am a Mustang guy been for a long time so new to these accords, Mine is just a basic 97 LX 5-speed..not looking at making a 300 HP monster its my everyday driver just want a good solid suspension and brakes..
Car has 103,000 miles on it I am wanting to upgrade brakes, suspension, and wheels.... Best kits for the $$$ that you guys recommend? I was thinking Eibach sport springs,Tokiko shocks, some sort of big brake upgrade kit and replace all bushings..where to buy and remember don't want to spend big bucks just want something decent...
thanks in advance

RE: Want to upgrade the suspension on the LX
welcome, you'll love your accord as a daily driver.
i went with power slot plus big brake kit, not that expensive and really easy to install and im a hopeless mechanic,
key thing, uses stock calipers
they were about 650 or so. a bargain when you look at what big brake kits cost ie brembos
for suspeision i went with tein ss damper coilover kit around 850. i am very please with with Tein.
Used comptech for my front and rear sway bars over the flimsy stock s that were on there. That was about 285 for the kit
used comptech for my strut tower brace bar. 300 for that
bottom line, stop on a dime and i think, handling and cornering that will rival many cars way above the accord in class.
