Are you saying the nost of your car was lowered below the factory ride height? If so, then it depends upon what was done to lower your car. Some folks cut the springs which means you need to buy new ones, other folks mess with the struts. Regardless, you need to find out what is non-standard, and replace those parts with the stock Honda parts.

Alright thanks so much (: I had my car looked at and they said the guy before me cut the springs but I also need new struts just wondering if those are the only two parts I need to lift my car back up

That's a good bet, but unless you have the car looked at by someone familiar with the front end suspension it will be hard to know for sure.

Keep us posted on how you make out.

cheast way is to buy a redi-mount strut kit. has everything you need, and already assembled. it'll be the least about of cussing

Stock springs and new shocks will put everything back to rights.

I'd suggest buying the parts online (cheaper), and then taking them to a shop to install, if you don't have the tools or knowledge to do it yourself.
