Default When do I know to change my suspension

I got my first car a few months ago its an 01 accord 4-cyl 4-door with 125,000 miles.How do I know when to change my suspension or shocks?...Can I just replace the springs to the same size or lowering springs?...I do want to put Tein S lowering springs -2 in front -1.9 rear

if you go lower than stock then you will need new struts that can handle the abuse. your stock struts WILL NOT hold up.

If i get the tein lowering aprings can i get a different brand struts

yes. you can mix and match. Koni is really the way to go IMO. they aren’t cheap but well worth the price. Don't cheap out on suspension mods as it is what keeps your car on the road

For the tein s it says it is meant to be used for OEM dampers

you can do that if you want. Having had a billion different suspension set ups. OEM struts are NOT the way to go. But your car your money you do what you want. I can only give you my advice upon my experience
