Default when i turn the wheels I hear a sound...

It doesn't happen every time, but when I'm turning I hear a sound and I can tell its related to the turn, cause as soon as I cimplete the turn and the wheels are straight the sound stops, any ideas?

Clicking sound? Could be CV joints (on the drive axles).

Scraping or howling sound? Could be bad wheel bearings. That usually happens more on the outboard wheel of the turn.
