Default 05 Accord wheel offset question????????

Hey guys
Just registered for this forum and looking for some help. I bought my Accord new in 05 EX V6 6speed. Im finally getting around to doing my wheels. Im going to be putting some 18's on it, its lowered 2 inches. I need to know what will fit, I know the bolt pattern is 5x114.3 but Im not sure about the offset, the set Im looking at has a +40 I need to know if they will fit with no rubbing? any help is appreciated!

wheels are 18x8+40 5x114.3

Thanks

Too wide of a wheel and too low of an offset. They'll be sticking out of the fenderwells and you will rub unless you use rubberbands for tires. Try finding an 18x7 or 18x7.5 wheel with a higher offset.
