Default 07 EX V6 Tire Vibration on Warm-Up

I have a weird issue that the dealer claims is normal, but I'm not sure I'm buying that. When the car is not warmed up completely and I get on the freeway, there is a shudder/vibration that goes away after it is warmed up, which is usually a mile or two on the freeway. It has to be tires/suspension because the vibration stays even if I put the car in neutral.

The dealer claims it is from the tires warming up and getting rid of flat spots from being parked overnight. I've never heard of that before and never experienced it, but my Dad claims it happens on his Altima as well, so I don't know......

Is this a "normal characteristic" of the 215/50/17 Michelin Pilots?

that doesnt sound normal. is it always at a certian speed?

it cant be that cold in MN yet. It's been in the 20s here in flag at night and I have nothing like that. I have felt that before when I left my M3 parked in storage for a month...but overnight?

No, in fact, it was 90 in MN yesterday so it's not cold weather. I think the dealer I bought this from has a horrible service department, so I'm going to try a different one.

It started off where I only felt it as I got above 50 (and it didn't go away regardless of how fast I went), but I have felt it below that speed recently. The good news is that it goes away, but still.....

I've heard of this on Continental ContiExtreme tires. Flat spots are common on them due to the very hard rubber compound used. I almost bought them but got my last Yoko's instead because of this problem. IDK about Michelins though.

I am having the same problem also with the left front tire on my 2007 EX V6 Accord.. Everytime I leave my house in the morning there is a vibration that occurs in the left side of the car but after a minute or two it smooths out. It doesnt really bother now since I know I am not the only one but it is very odd. As a matter of fact it happens everytime after the car has sat for a while(work, home, etc)

Also, I wanted to add that I have rotated my tires even though Honda recommends every 10K for rotations, which I believe is Bull but the same issue still occurs every cold start.

Note that the front left tire carries the most weight in a V6 accord. That's where the tranny is and the engine is only slightly off-center to the right.

Update on this - I had them rotate the tires and the vibration moved to the back, indicating a bad tire. The good news is that I found the problem and isolated it. The bad news is that I have a bad tire/tires on the back. The service manager indicated they would replace the rear tires for me.
