Default 1996 Accord Peeling Wheel covers

I'm hoping someone has some advice... My hubcaps are peeling on my '96 accord. I'm willing to refinish them myself if it's easy. I've been searching around on google and on here and can't find any info. Anybody done this or know if it's possible? Advice?

If not, can I get replica hubcaps anywhere that aren't clip on? i.e. The lug actually goes through the cap to secure them onto the wheel. All I've found on the net are the clip on kinds.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It's very possible that searching for used wheel covers would be less expensive than trying to repair the ones you have. It would be worth looking into in my opinion.

This would be for 15" wheels.

Is there a generally reliable source on the net for used wheel covers? Everything I've looked at so far seems a little sketchy.
