Default 2017 accord rims fit a 2015 accord?

Can someone tell me why these 2017 accord rims will not fit my 2015 accord. From the things I know everything matches up.

@blt3kids, what makes you think they won't fit?

I went by all the specs and they match. But when I look that rim up now I see it says for 2016-2017. I just thought that if the offset and everything matched up that they would work.

Just because the wheel was only made for the 2016 and 2017 models does not in any way suggest they won't fit on a 2015 Accord, or for that matter, my 2006 Acura TL.

That’s what I thought. So I can’t figure out what the problem is.

You said they rub the caliper, right? Do you know if your car has larger brakes? Optional or aftermarket or ???

Does the caliper rub against the spokes? Or against the inside of the rim?

So I just bought the car used and it has aftermarket rims on it and I wanted to put Honda rims on it. I’m not sure if there is anything else that has been changed. And I’m also not really sure how to tell that. I’ll have to ask the shop where the caliper was rubbing at.

I’m not at all sure this will help but here is what is on it.

I can't tell for sure, is that a front wheel? The brakes look a bit small, as if that is a rear wheel.

And while I never owned a 2015, those DO look like stock brake calipers.
