The aftermarket wheels are also 17" because I see the tire size on the sidewall...

The 2nd photo clearly shows there's clearance to the inside of the "rim" part. So I think the Honda wheels would be rubbing on the spokes. That suggests that the stock brake caliper might have changed between 2015 & 2017. Something strange might be going on when the shop tried to fit them on, but that seems unlikely.

edit...
The stock brakes are confusing. Depending on whether the car is a "Sport" or some other model, the brakes are the same (2015 vs. 2017) or they are different. If those wheels came off one version, or your car is a different version of Accord, that might explain what's going on.

From what I’ve been able to find they seem to be off of an ex-l and mine is an ex-l.

I'm stumped.

I looked at 2015 and 2017 Accord EX-L in both 4-cyl and V-6 versions.
Same front brake calipers.
Same front brake pads.
Same front hubs.
Same front knuckles.
Same rear brake calipers & pads.

Looks like your wheels are 55mm offset, a 2015 Accord is 45mm offset. This may be why they are rubbing.
