yea, i got stock rims on my accord and i want to upgrade to 17 inches, but im afraid that the new bigger rims and tires will hit my control arms
do you guys know about this? or have gone through it and know what happens?

I have 17's with no problems at all. Go for it!!

 

and you have a 91 honda accord?

 

Information on the 1991 Rim and Tire size is as follows..
17 x 7" wheels with E.T 40mm and Tires at 215/45/17 will not give you any trouble unless you have a sagging suspension...
