I have a chance to get some 2005 Acura TL Rims for my 2005 Accord. I know the rims will fir the lug pattern, however, does anyone know if the height and width of the rims/tires will rub or cause any other problems on my car?

I would think it's okay but do you by chance know the tire size (or rim size) of the acura rims? are they 17's?

 

They are 17 in rims with 235/45/R17s

 

I think they will be okay... here is one of the other members accords with 17's and 4.75" drop...
