Acura TL type S rims on 04 sedan Accord

Im thinking of buyin some Tl type S rims for my accord but was trying to see if anyone could show me how the Acura Tl type S rims would look on a Honda Accord Sedan 2004-2006 model.. b4 i buy them?

Is this just a matter of drop-in the Acura TL wheels to the Accord 2004 without any modification?
