Default adapter route?

I found a nice set of 17" wheels for my 03 Accord Coupe. However, the lug pattern measure 5x108 on the wheels i want. I know that the pattern on my honda is 5x114.

Will have fitting issues? and if so, are there any adapters i could use, or is that not such a hot thing to do?

Thanks for any input...

it won't fit if those numbers are correct. As for an adapter all you can really do is find a different hub that will fit onto your car. I believe that adapter plates do exist but personally these bother me since they actually push the wheels out further so the tires may stick out of the fender wells, not to mention you change the way the suspension handles since the center of the tire moves out
