I would downgrade from the V rated personally, but it's all about personal choice.

Not to veer off topic, but with all this speed talk, I assume most accords don't have any type of rev limiter/speed governor? I'm new to the honda world so bear with me if this is common knowledge

Most cars have a fuel cutoff at a certain speed, depends on the car. Mine is supposed to be 126mph, but I've hit 10mph over that a few times.

If you just daily drive your car with yourself and an occasional passenger then go for H. If you drive fully loaded at high speeds in scorching heat and pouring rain and don't slow down for turns pop for Vs. Make sure, as Ang said, your TPMS (if you have it) will work with the H tires if you go for them.

I'm a "spirited" driver myself and I run on H's no problem. Like I said, I've taken them over their max speed rating a few times and not had problems, though I don't recommend that and wouldn't do it again

I bouth a new 2010 Honda Accord EXL 6 cycliner. I love the car but on long trips the noise drives me crazy. I have to turn up the sound system to drown out the noise. There is suppose to be a noise surpression system on this model. I read reviews and this is a common issue with the Hondas. Do I need better tires? The noise is very bad on concrete interstates. I hate riding with ear plugs? Heard and corretion on the 2012? Thanks. Other wise I love the car !!!

You can find tires designed for low road noise at a tire shop. Do you have low profile tires currently or are you running on your stock wheels?

Tire design plays a big part in road noise. 70% of noise from average interstate traffic is tire noise not the vehicle.

Default Car cabin noise

I have the stock tires,
Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 P225 50R17. You think these could cause allot of cabin noise?
