I don't know details of specific tires only that some a nosier than others, especially truck tires as some are designed for more aggressive traction vs more of a road tire and there's a big difference in how noisy they are . I should also add that the DOT has done some studies on interstate noise levels and have experimented with different surface's to cut down on tire noise so road surface equates into it also.
