Best Tires
There really is no one best tire; are you looking for Winter only tires, Summer only tires, All-Season tires, Low Rolling Resistance tires, Run-Flat tires, Road-Racing tires, or Slicks for the drag strip?
Even within any given class of tire there really is no one best tire. Assuming you're looking for a good all-around all-season tire, some have better grip and handling response than others, however, those same tires often make trade-offs in ride, handling, noise, and tread life.
Probably the best advice one can give you is to go and look at the Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels web site, enter your car information, run some side-by-side comparisons, create a short-list of tires, and then read the comments and test reports for the few you're considering.
Keep us posted on what you decide.

For highway driving, I have used the Cooper CS4 touring M&S 94T traction A, Temp A
Treadwear 780. Or, you can go with the treadwear 560. I currently have about 100K miles on these tires (all season, mainly highway) and I rotate them "front-to-back-only" about every 15K miles. I could get another 10K miles out-of these. Obviously, I love them.
That's the main thing about question..whos got the best tires.
Every one has their own opinion and price that they can afford to pay for a set. Most every kind of car runs better on the tires that were originally put on their car by the manufacture . That's why they came with a certain make of tires in the 1st place. So it's really a hard question to get a good answer to.
