Brakes Upgrade

I'm lookin upgrade my rear drum brakes to discs. I was wondering how I go about doing this and what type of kits I need to buy.

its a 04 accord coupe 4 cylinder LX model

Go find a wrecked EX w/ rear discs. Pull the entire rear knuckle off and the parking cable and brake lines.
