civic to accord rim transfer

I know that the civics have like a 4x100 bolt pattern and the accords a 4x114 something

but is there anyway you can transfer the rims with a civic bolt pattern to an accord?

perhaps some way putting a civic hub on an accord, but at that point is just cheaper to buy new rims

Well i was talking about like after market rims

there are some Konig 19" rims i wanna buy but they're made for the civic, and i was wondering if i could somehow put those on my accord

because its rare that they wouldnt make a rim in 4x114.3

oh yeah, i bet they do make the rim in that size but i've been going through the Konig rims and can't find a model that looks just like it

the rims I found are being sold used at my local shop

I'd check to find out if they're universal 4 lug. Most, not all, most rims are 4x100 & 4x114.5. They have 8 lug spots. Again, I said most, not all. But I'd check.
