EX-L 16 inch Upgrade?

EX-L 16 inch Upgrade?
I have a 2007 EX-L 4 door auto. The standard tires are 205/60-16V. Does anyone know if 215/55-16V tires will fit on the OEM alloys, and if so is there any drawbacks? If anyone has tried this, I'd love to hear if it works. I will need to replace my OEM tires in the next several months, and I am finding that there are not really any exciting choices in the OEM size. I would like to put on a set of BFG G-Force Sports, but they do not come in the OEM size. 215/55-16 seems like a logical upgrade and the variance in size is minimal.
