I have 2002 Honda Accord 2.3l with the 4 lugs I want to change to 5 lugs like the v6 Accord because of the more choices for rims. Now I was wondering if the hubs can be swap over or would I have to get different spindles any knowledge that can be shed will be helpful. But are as I look the wheel bearing and hub assembly seems too The same and the reluctantor ring seems to be the same also but that just photos I've seen

 

Look at a place like Majestic Honda or other on-line parts catalog. Compare 4-cyl vs V6 cars & look at which parts have the same or different part numbers.
