My 97 LX has 15" steels. I'm trying to find an affordable set of 16" in order to keep the tire cost in check. There seems to be lots of 17"&18" available. Is there a 4 lug aftermarket or OEM wheel that fits this bill?

 

You should easily be able to find a set of 16" aftermarket wheels for pretty cheap. Check out Discount Tire and Tire Rack.

I like the looks of the lower more rounded five spoke (thirdthumbnail)but the silver paint? I prefer a black spoke with a machined lip or polished lip
