Iam taking off my honda OEM hubcaps...do I need the 5 black rubber washer on the lug nuts, if Im just planning to drive my car all winter on its bare wheels? or should I take them off since those rubber rings were meant for holding the honda covers on?

You don't NEED them but it also won't hurt to leave them on. They might break if you take them off.
