Welcome to the forum! Post this under wheels and tires, one of our assitant admins is a wheel/tire guy. I think what you're going to run into is that offset sounds a little low for an 8" wide rim on an accord. I believe you want to be more like 48-52mm offset. But like I said post this question under the wheels/tires section and you'll get the answer you're looking for.

Hello John and Welcome to the Tire and Wheel section:
Your going to run into problems that you will not want to have..
1st off the Hub size on your Accord 07 is 64.1mm and the hub size on the 2003-2007 Element , the Hub size is also 64.1mm so your okay there. Bolt pattern is the same on both vehicles @ 5 x 114.3, offset on the Element is High 35-42 mm and the Accord is 42-55 mm, this is where your problem comes up as you can see.
Tire size is for the Element 245/50/18 and for the Accord 225/40/18 , so the width is also not right... for a not good fit...your tires on your Accord need to stay about 25.0 to 25.7 OD..not much play there...Hope this helped you
