Default New Wheels on 2008 Honda Accord EX-L

I am looking to get rims for my 2008 Honda Accord EX-L. However, I am a "noob" when it comes to this so I have a few questions. Please excuse my ignorance lol

1.) My rims are now 18". They are the ones that came with the car from the dealership. Does this mean I can order 18" rims and replace the old rim with the new and keep the same tires?

2.) What are the 2008 Honda Accord's bolt settings and rims width?

3.) Can I fit any type of rim on my car or are only certain rims able to fit on my car?

4.) Will BOSS 304 Rims fit on my car?

5.) Should I go with 18's or 20's?

1. Possibly. It depends on the width of the rim you have now. Take the first number in your tire specs (235/35R18), that's the tire width in millimeters. You can probably go a half inch narrower or wider with the rim and reuse the same tire.

2. The 8th gen Accords have a 5x114.3mm bolt pattern. From the factory, I don't know what the rim width is, refer to #1^. Probably 8 inches.

3. The rim must have a 5x114.3 bolt patter and a high offset (approx +40mm or so)

4. Yes, Boss makes the 304 in a 5x114.3mm 18x8 size with a +40mm offset, they should fit just about perfect.

5. If you want to go as large as you can, you should keep the tire's rolling diameter the same as stock. Imagine a circle in a circle, the outer circle should stay the same, while the inner circle can get as big as you want, granted they make a tire in that size.

If you care about ride comfort, 18 is about the limit. I've seen 19's and 20's that look nice on certain cars, but when the sidewall is less than 2.5 inches, the ride suffers.
