Default Rim adjustment

My daughter purschased tires and rims for my son in law for Christmas. She got rims and tires for a Honda Civic he has an Accord. Do they make something that fits the rims to make them adjustable. (sorry do I dont know the correct names for these)

if you mean by lugs, they have lug adapters but i don't recommend them.

No help here really. Most wheels are "universal" and are machined with 2 lugs patterns in them, most common being 4x100 (Civic/Integra) and 4x114.3 (Accord/Prelude)
