I found this website for rims and tires packages, to me it looks legit, what do you guys think?

andif it is legit i was thinking of ordering some rims from here, the package comes with nexen n3000 ultra high performance tires.. any feedback on these, i dont know much about tires.
i was also curious to what the numbers describing the tires means. i.e. 215/50ZR17 91W , what do alleach number mean..

50 = sidewall height on tire
ZR = tire speed rating
17 = tire diameter size
