Wheels are in Bad Shape

Default Wheels are in Bad Shape

So I may take some factory wheels IF i can fix them. Take a look...any thoughts, i dont really know where to start. I would like for them to look factory again. As cheap as possible...

i'd try sanding them down and spraying them, you wouldnt be able to get the silver/chrome 2 tone without putting a lot of work into it, but they would look better

Those are going to take a lot of work to look half way decent. Id say look in a Boneyard or on ebay.

can be refinished by wheel companys...ask your local body shop guys who they use to get there wheels done by...
