Is Check Engine Light on or D4 light flashing? This would suggest possible faulty vehicle speed sensor. If no light and cruise control works, then problem is likely w/ the gauge panel which generates the stepper motor signals to the odometers.

Panel is relatively easy to remove for mail order repair. check ebay.

good luck

Does the CEL light come on when you first turn the key to "on".pos_II and then go off? This is a "bulb check" and should happen.

If it does and there is no codes, sometimes the the trip/odo get stuck. Give the trip re-set and the maint re-set some "good" re-sets - a few times each - and see what happens.
