Ok, one last thing. The system does not seem to be losing any volume, but after temp gauge gets hot the overflow bottle is 3/4 full. I have parked vehicle on an incline with the nose higher than rear, cracked bleed valve and filled radiator. I also remove excess fluid from overflow and only leave enough coolant to touch the line at the bottom of jug. What is this telling me, blockage or air bubble?

Coolant volume increases w/ temperature increase. That's why you have an overflow reservoir. A small overflow is expected as temp goes from cold to hot.

good luck
