Isaw some of these on ebay for around $70 and was wondering if anyone ever installed these before and how they look. Is it as bright as the stock door sills in the mercedes?

 

I honestly have never seen them..... interesting thought though and I'd imagine the brightness is all going to be relative to the manufacturer....

 

Get the 9 LED replacements....they are hella bright.

 

Arg! I was going to buy a pair of those froma guy for $20! But I havent been able to get ahold of him I think they look cool! Most likely its a 12v power with only two wires.

 

ive seen ppl wire it to their door lights so when they open the door it lights up.

It's just a bulb replacement...and you stick it into the OEM + - in the door light. There's a set on sale for around $23 that covers all. Map lights, dome light, and door lights.

i was talking about the door sills, not the bulbs. i was planning to get the whole bulb set and everything but my interior is tan so i dont think itll blend in to well.

 

i saw that myself and thought it was cool until.... i saw the price its a bit pricey for a barely noticable cosmetic upgrade i think you should go for the white led bulb upgrade but then again that 9led maplight might be blinding have you tried them 03Sleeper?
