Getting a new 2009 Accord sedan and was wondering if the 2009 coupe front sheet fenders/bumper/headlights could be interchanged?

I want the sportier front end of the coupe as well as the coupe wheels on a sedan. Is this possible?

 

While I don't know about the 8th gen, but with the 7th gen they are not interchangeable. So I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it is not either.

 

You could probably make it work, but it would probably require some custom body work... why don't you just get the coupe?

The car is for my girl, she wants the sedan so we can fit kids in it down the road. I looked at the dealership and compared them side by side and it looks like it may work. I was just curious if this has been done before. I think they do it in Europe... It's called the Honda Accord Euro... its a sedan with coupe components..

Nope, the Euro Accord is the Acura TSX we have here in the US. Judging from Honda's history, most coupe/sedan body parts are not interchangeable. And most of us modding cars can't afford an 08/09 to test it out, so you could be the pioneer for the coupe conversion!
