huh thats strange.... I have hid's on my older accord an 2002 nd it give the car a 10xtimes better look than the halogen. I dont have any aftermarket projectors and my housing is not melting... I picked them up from hidnation.com and so far I love em... congrat's on your car though halogen's ehhh I know Sylvania has some pretty bright ones check them out.

So is there anyone who has put HIDs in there 2010 accord and has pictures and insight as to how they look and how much glare is caused by the OEM reflector headlights? I would like them on mine, but don't know if I should wait for projector replacements to drop a little in price.

When you install HID's into headlamp housings that were designed for halogen bulbs you will always have scatter. To make HID's proper you need to retrofit projectors. It is what it is

I hear you bro, but even all new cars have projectors that house HIDs. I'm gonna put these in and see what happens. If its not good then I'm only out $34 and time.

True story. I think that the low beam housing on the 08+ Accords are quite accurate anyway. It is a PITA to get to the driver's side low beam bulb however. Make sure you have your radio code because you will be disconnecting the battery and removing it.

I'm gonna end up taking the hole front end apart to I can get to the wires easier for both the mounting add of the resistors. I do have my radio codes and I know what a pain it is when you don't, lol!!!
