Default 3M or Charcool Tint?

Hi everyone,

Planning to tint some of the windows and back windshield on my car, checked out two different places one carries 3M, the other Charcool brand. Let's assume price is not a concern, what are the strong and weak points of each?

Not knowing anything about window tints (this would be the first one for me) I amleaning toward 3M, just because of thecompany reputation, I love their Aerospace 303protectant.

i would go to a professional place to get it done, costs about $160 and worth the price, IMO!

Yes, both places are professional auto glass shops, they would be installing.
One uses Charcool, the other 3M. just not sure which one is better.

I don't know about Charcool, but 3M makes excellent products and I've heard all good things about their tint.

3m looks good at $130.00 for all windows on my 4dr..
No bubbles to contend with either...

make sure that the shop guarantees that there will be no bubbles or fading/purpling for the life of the tint. This is common, so if they tell you no, tell them goodbye.
