I dont know how this happened?! Apparently I ran over or bumped into something. Is there even a chance this is fixable or am I going to have to buy a new bumper?? Any suggestions are appreciated thanks!

 

umm new bumper if you want to do it right, you could try to have a body shop try to repaint it but its still going to have scratches and imperfections. How'd you do that by the way? Looks like you had flames coming out of your tailpipe
