5th Gen Trunk Swap: Please Need Some Answers

is it possible to put the 94-95 trunk lid on my 97 accord? what modifications would i have to do?

So does anyone know whati need to do or if i can even do it. just a list of modifications or a website to find out an answer. i searched the archives and found like 2 or 3 posts but they all pretty much said "im not sure or they are somewhat different" please let me know thanks ya'll

I'm not positive on this, but i would think it would fit, but you would need the 94-95 tail lights because you would lose the lights on the trunk. and then you would just have to rewire the reverse lights to there.

but i'm not positive the trunk would fit, just guessing.

if your trunk is damaged or something, why not get a CF one?

my trunks not damaged but im doing a complete conversion to a 97 Accord SiR and that wouldnt be a true conversion with CF and besides im not a big fan of CF anyways but to each his own right...thanks for the info tho

I am pretty sure one of the gens trunks are wider and taller.

a hammer, some duct tape, and maybe, just maybe some guerrilla glue will make it fit lol.
