Does anyone know if HID Conversion Kit for the Accord is legal in CA?

No.

No kit is legal. If the car did not come w/ HID's from the factory, it is illegal.

So is there any way to get the xenon headlight look that is legal.

Not really... with the amount of people running HID kits these days I don't think any cops or inspector is going to care much. Grab a DDM Tuning kit and enjoy.

Oh okay, didnt it say somewhere that like if you have projector headlights, its legal to have HID?
