1 ebay store can be completely different than the next. If you plan to get the exact same kit from the same store, then you have something to look into, but you can't expect the next ebay store to be the same as this one.

Yeah i'll let you know after they come on(probably Friday now), and also i'll have pictures up.

 

I apologize for the delay. The installation was plug and play, and the ballasts are electronic. The lights seem great, I getalot of compliments on, and they light up the road great. They do not flicker or anythign of the sort. No complaints. Pictures are at the top.
