*** Placing HID in OEM accord's headlights is illegal***

Accords does not have projectors. Most hondas does not except S2000 and Odysey. The reason why HID are legal on projectors is because projectors is made so that the light particles shines as far as possible in a controlled area & angle. If you install in a OEM headlight without projectors. It is illegal , WHY? Well that's simple. Because without projectors, the light are not controlled , they are scattered everywhere in the street and they shine like anything. Also, the HID kit is simply too strong for the headlights to handle all the particles.

Projectors are easier to stare at than OEM headlights w/o projectors therefore, they cause much less disturbance in the streets. Cops will not stop you. I have shined many cops straight at their face and they never stopped me because they saw my angel eyes projectors <33

^ Aren't you in Canada?

Here, if you aim your lights low enough, it is safe for both driver and oncoming traffic.
