Default LED Headlights

This is a link to some LED headlights I want to put on my 2001 accord, but I'm not sure how to install them. It comes with several extra wires that I have no idea how to hook up. Anybody know anything about these types of installations?

you think those extra wires are all connected to that one plug and then the headlight itself plugs into the other?
