Default New 08 Accord

I have just purchased an 08 sedan EX-L and love it so far, I wanted the 2dr because of the projector lights but opted out. Is there a specific HID conversion kit made specifically for my car? I am new to this sort of thing and have no clue about it. Also wondering if there are any companies that will/have made projector replacement headlights? Any websites I should be looking out for? Thanx everybody

the 08 is new enough that there isn't a ton of stuff for them yet, a lot of it is still in development phases... Also, since they are so new I'd start by searching e-bay just to see what parts are available as of now....

Thanks for the advice! I guess my next question would be if putting HID lights in my reflector housing is a good idea? I've read that doing so will not give a consistent beam of light the way the factory lighting will and that the light bounces all over the place, blinding other drivers on the road. That is something I don't want to do, since I hate it myself when I drive by cars as such.

There is still no clear consenus on how much they affect other drivers and such. Plenty of people on here have them and love them so it's kinda up to you. If you want to read more information on this topic then check out the post below. LOTS of opinions on this subject there

Nothing is available for this car yet. Iown a 08 coupe and have checked everywhere foraftermarket stuff. Most places say Spring 08 before we will see anything. Im waiting for springs or coil overs myself. You can def go buy a HID conversion kit and it will work. I have seen HID's in the 08 sedan already. They work good. Its not blinding like your think. I do prefer the HID's in the 08 Coupe's projectors though.

jblaust!!! You're the man! thats very helpful in my inquiry. Hope you love your coupe. I was torn between the two. Mostly because of the projectors HAHA! I'm hopeful that there will be aftermarket projectors for the Sedan but, based off of the accessories I've seen for the '07, i'm not all that confident (personnaly I felt the '07 had an old person / ghetoo Cadillac look going for it, especially the back). I love 4dr's and the options that I got in my car were too hard to pass. Thanks again. Time to buy some HIDS!!!!

If your car has halogen projectors you can most likely add some HID's in. It will make some glare but not as much as the halogen reflectors. Im not sure if the accord has it but what the guys did with the halogen projectors on the new camry was ben down the squirrel spotter tab which worked quite well.
