Default pinstripes

hey all, my pinstripes are wearing off, been like that since i bought the car but i just need to know the easiest way to clean those off. Im looking to just take em off to make it look cleaner since they r worn anyways. Any materials to get off the stripes and the residue they leave behind i will need to know

thanks

one of the easiest ways is to heat them with a blow dryer then peel them off, as for the residue goo be gone works just fine... just use a thumb nail or carefully use a plastic scraper

Goo B gone is the best stuff ever! Stickers, decals, logos, whatever, gets it right off and it's really light on chemicals due to using oranges so it doesn't smell bad.

Most auto parts stores, hardware stores, walmart etc. It's all over the place, really common, cheap and works great

ok heres the deal, everything worked out great, but the lines of the stripes r still there...but the glue and stripe is gone. is there any way to get the outline of the stripe of the car?

I did the same thing to my 96 accord wit the blow dryer and then the goo gone. The outline of the stripe is still there because the paint behind the stripe is not as faded as the paint on the rest of the car. THe outline will eventually become less noticeable over time and can be almost completely erased with a couple of good wax jobs. Hope this helps.
