Which should be done first lip kit or fog installation?

I'm going to buy a kaminari lip kit and fog light kit for my 2005 Honda Accord Sedan but I do not know which should be installed first. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated

Lip Kit..then see if the fogs fit after..if they don't you can get fogs that will fit...
