I'm sure everyone's seen funny mods that people have made to cars. I was wondering what the silliest mod you've seen someone make to a car (in person)? I know there are those funny pictures on the internet, people with cardboard body-kits, or spinners made of aluminum foil... But I was curious what you've seen?

One of the silliest mods that I've seen on cars are the little side-fender chrome, fake stickers that look like air intakes (I dont know what they're called). I see them all over the place now. They put three of these decals on each side of the car no matter what the car looks like. I saw a beat-up Ford Tempo with these chrome, fake air-intakes.

Also, I saw a Ford Mustang with stock wheels and tires on it, but the guy went ahead and put the chrome 22" decal on his fender. Why? Wishful thinking, I believe...

 

i've seen a mustang with a GTR badge.

also seen a jeep with a homemade snorkel. He drilled a whole in the fender and pvc piped all the way to the roof where there was.....................a cone filter

 

The homemade jeep snorkel is pretty common around here.

LOL. A horn... like, a rhinoceros horn? That's funny.

 

When I was in Chicago, I saw a car with wood pieces bolted to the trunk .... I think they were the mount for a spoiler or something .... they had the shape of the edge of an airfoil ..... weird!

 

We get the "airvents" all the time here in the Twin Cities, especially the Frogtown area. They're even on sale at Checker this week! I'm gettin that fo sha!

some stupid kid made a wing outta pvc pipe....like it was 3 pieces of pipe arranged similar in structure to stonehenge two pieces and then a top piece of the two.
