Is there a good website out there to see what is legal in different states? underglow, liscence plate holder, etc?

 

I'm not sure of a website but I know in NY the underglow and the license plate holder(and plastic covers) are illegal.

 

No site known to me, but I'm from Ohio and I know the tint laws are anything but reflective in the back and 50 in the front. I don't know what the laws are about all the neons. I know that you can't have them flashing or anything and I was told once that certain colored neons are illegal but I don't pay much attention. I figure that if a cop pulls me over for my neons or tint then they don't have anything better to do with their time and they must be trying to meet their quota for the week or something. I have been pulled over for my tint, but I was only given a warning. But, he did inform me that it's a 90 dollar fine the first time and 130 every time after that.

Usually what happens is that the cops notice my car, follow me, run my tags, and when they come up clean they usually just keep on goin. I don't see the point in making any of it illegal except for them to put more money in their pockets at our expence. We pay for our mods with our own out of pocket money, so where do they get off tellin us that we have to remove em? **** em! That's what I say.

 

the licencse plate is legal,,, howevere as fas as underglow goes as long as you cant see the actual bulbs for the underglow its legal they can't do **** all about it, its only if u can see the bulb its not legal
