my rear windows only go half way down, is there any way of making them go all the way down or is it set like that for life?

I take that back, if there aren't any support brackets in the way, you could jimmy rig front window regulators in the rear... the rear ones are only made to go that far.

I dont think it matters in this case.
But in my mothers 99 Tahoe.
The winows physically couldnt go down any farther.
Because there right over over the wheel well.
