Default Your opinion on Dash Kits...

Hey guys. I have a black 2001 accord coupe with a black interior too. Recently i've been looking at an aluminum dask kit for the inside of the car. Do you guys think these look good or are they kinda tacky? Are there any other dash kits that look good? Any recommendations?

If they are well made the work for a while but I've heard they have a tendancy to bubble/peel under sunlight/heat. So thye are nice to start with but over time I think it will start to look like junk, you'd be better off to remove the bezels, sand them with a high grit sand paper (to get texture to it) and spray paint them.

Ive installed a cuople on friends cars and they looked decent. If you buy the ones off ebay for $40 its probably gonna look like sh**. Spend a little more and get a quality one...
