Default '01 Accord clock backlight?

Hey all-

Just bought a beautiful black two-door '01 Accord, and the digital clock in the dash... doesn't light it up. There's no backlight, it doesn't glow in the dark, there's not a button to push to illuminate it... and is pretty well useless after 6 p.m. I thought I'd ask the pro's... is there something I'm missing? Blown fuse? Broken something? PLEASE tell me I'm newbin' it up and just missed something.

Thanks in advance,
G-Rock

It's pretty easy to change the bulb ($3) on a 2000, assume a 2001 is similar or the same.

However, make sure that you save the tiny blue plastic sleeve that is wrapped around the original bulb. You will need to keep that part and use it with the new bulb, that way the color of the clock will match the rest of the dash back lights.
