i have a 03 accord and my stereo started to go dark where it would still work but no display so i went to check the fuse to see if it was blown and when i did that it stop workin completely but the fuse wasn't blown HELP

 

sounds like the ever present backlight issue. Is the stereo still working you just can't see the display? If so do a search for 03 stereo and you'll see a TON of stuff

 

On a side note it's usually related to a burnt out bulb inside the radio, it can be replaced but I've never seen the instructions or walkthrough on how to do it....

it started out as the backlight of the stereo. But when i removed the fuse to check it and see if that was the issue i plugged the fuse back in and now the stereo doesn't work at all.. Should i remove the stereo or just leave it installed and figure something else out

 

This is probably the recall problem that others have experienced. Call Honda and see if they can do anything.
